"My wife and I were very eager to get sod installed in the backyard of our new home as soon as we could this spring after the snow melted. It wasn't until we had already received 5 quotes from other landscaping companies in the early spring that we were referred to Jason at We Sod It Landscaping by a friend who had nothing but great things to say about Jason and his company. One of the 5 original quotes we had already received stood out from the rest, and I was sure it would have Jason's quote beat as well. I was wrong! I was very pleasantly surprised by not just the price that I was quoted, but also by Jason's prompt & professional communication, and by the 100% guarantee that he gives on his sod & workmanship. It was a no brainer decision for us to go with Jason and the guys at We Sod It for our backyard after talking with him, and receiving our more than reasonable quote so quickly.

Just as the ground dried up from the spring thaw, and the install date was around the corner, it ended up raining cats and dogs for a few days. Even with the soggy yard, Jason and his guys came up to Airdrie willing to try and make it work as he knew we were so eager to get the yard done. Once they arrived, Jason decided that it would be best to let the yard dry up over the weekend to ensure a quality installation, and assured me they'd be back first thing Monday morning to get the yard complete. He was true to his word, and he was back in Airdrie with extra guys first thing Monday morning to level and remove some of the yard’s existing dirt, and put down the loam & sod. They not only installed the perfectly level/smooth sod in the entire backyard by just after lunchtime, but they also cleaned up their entire mess in the front & back yards before they left.

It is now 3 weeks after the sod was installed, and the backyard looks incredible! The grass is already very thick and green, and now has me glaring at the sod the home builder has installed in our front yard last summer. I definitely won't hesitate to refer others to Jason and his team at We Sod It, as I know I won't be calling anyone else for any future landscaping needs I might have!

In August 2015, my husband and I had a two week time frame in which we planned to install an irrigation system and lay sod in our new yard. Thanks to the lack of cooperation from the weather we got too far behind schedule to complete the project. As soon as we realized we needed help I called three landscaping companies for a quote to supply and install the sod. Jason from We Sod It returned my call that evening and set up a time to measure... our yard on his day off. One of the other companies called three days later and I still haven’t heard from the third.
As soon as we met Jason we decided he was the person we wanted. He is very personable and very professional. After measuring the yard, he promised he would have a quote to us later that day – and he did (and it was more affordable than we were expecting).
We were scheduled to be away for a month shortly after receiving the quote. In order to have the job completed, it meant we had to trust Jason and his crew to level and prepare the ground then install the sod while we were away. Jason promised he would do an excellent job as he always treats his customers’ yards as his own. He also ensured he would fix anything we were not happy with.
We could not have been happier with the final outcome! He met all of our expectations and delivered on his promise. It was wonderful to come home to our awesome new lawn. We would not have been able to do as good of a job ourselves. Jason even sent us pictures at each stage of the process.
I would not hesitate to recommend We Sod It for any landscape needs. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and fulfilled all of our expectations. We’re looking forward to having some trees installed in the spring and Jason will be the only phone call I make.

It is my pleasure to be one of We Sod It's clients. We were very lucky to have found them online, and they were one of three quotes for our 1000 square feet of lawn needed. They were knowledgeable, eager, and glad to give us information for handling our back lawn. We wanted to ensure that we had a firm layer of top soil, and had several issues in grading that we were concerned about around our deck steps. They assured us that wouldn't be an i...ssue. WeSod it is a terrific company to work with; we were impressed with their attention to all aspects of our fall landscaping project. Due to timing of receipt of our grading certificate our landscaping could not start unt...il late September. To Whom It May Concern,

I contacted We Sod It after having considerable issues with previous work done in my front yard. I sent an email as requested on their website and got a response from Jason in a very timely manner. He arranged a time to come to the house and take a look in order to be able to provide me with an accurate quote for the service. He arrived when he said he would (which was a pleasant surprise) and we discussed what I wanted to be done. After he took some measurements, etc. he advised me that he would email an actual quote by the next morning. I received the quote within the time frame he promised; I was happy with the quote provided; contacted Jason again and we agreed on a day they would start the project. That day came and due to circumstances beyond Jason’s control (2013 Flood) he contacted me prior to when he said they would arrive to advise that they weren’t going to be able to start as promised that day. Given the circumstances, I totally understood and was very impressed with the promptness of Jason’s call, his apologies and his willingness to reschedule for the very next day.
Jason and his crew arrived at exactly the time he said they would along with all the necessary equipment and manpower to do the job. The crew worked extremely hard and very efficiently, in extremely warm weather. There was no slacking and I was very happy with how quickly they finished the project and the attention that was paid to small details. The yard looked exactly as I wanted it.
In summary, I can’t say enough with how impressed I was with the professionalism and courteousness of this company and its employees. It was very evident that they took pride in their work and strived to ensure complete satisfaction to its customers. The whole experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting We Sod It for any landscaping needs I may have in the future. Not only did Jason Dyler and Terry Dyler do an upstanding job of trimming our two lengthy residential hedges and cleaning up immaculately after themselves, but they knew when to do it. Last year, Terry came over to inspect the overgrown and well-aged thick bushes, but knew that cutting them back in Spring, before new growth, was healthier for the plants than lopping them off in the fall. Now those hedges are better looking and more manageable than ever.
We also appreciated the way they pruned the beautiful lilac tree with all of its foundation shoots. And the tree appreciates it too, showing well with larger and additional fragrant blossoms.
